Assisted my brother who at the time was working for an NGO who does aid and development in Africa. Developed several concepts and designs for off-grid water purification plants. My role focused on designing structures for housing solar panels and calculating optimal layout for various components that were part of the systems. The final project included a tap which activated a solar powered UV sterilising light.
